Professional questions often end up in an email to the facilitator or in a thread that disappears. In Samli, members ask the question in the group and the others answer right below it, on the web and in the app.

A module in the group
Questions is a module next to posts, files and events. Turn it on in the groups where members should be able to ask each other. If the organisation allows it, members can also ask the whole community.
The group’s answers become shared knowledge
A useful answer should help the next member too. Past questions and answers can be searched and reused. Over time, the group builds a knowledge bank for recurring questions, like a living FAQ written by its members.

No. The questions live in your own Samli and are shown to the members of the groups they were asked in. The answers come from the members themselves.
No. Members can find the group’s own questions and answers again. Over time, answered questions can serve as a shared FAQ, but this module does not generate a separate FAQ page or AI answers.
