We experience many lack control with e.g. Facebook and LinkedIn groups. You don't own your own data and social media does everything they can to get your members' attention. That doesn't benefit them or you. Additionally, our customers experience administrative relief when managing multiple groups. This includes the benefit that members can visit each other as internal guests and see other members in open groups.
Samli is a simple collaboration platform made for companies that manage multiple groups with a focus on knowledge sharing, sparring and partnerships. Companies use Samli for network groups, physical courses, expert communities and office communities. Our primary customers are network groups where Samli solves special challenges, including handling internal and external guests at events and follow-up.
Absolutely! Contact Tom at tom@samli.io and ask for a demo, and we'll find a good trial period for you. Sometimes 7 days is enough, other times more than a month is needed. For us, it's about being a good match, otherwise we won't achieve a good collaboration.
Yes, there's a Samli app that you and your members can use. Facilitators can also manage your groups 100% from the app, which gives full control on the go. If you wish to have your own completely branded app, we take an extra fee for setting it up (see under prices).
If you have your member email list ready, you can have a group up and going in under 10 minutes! We do recommend preparing the group content before going live with your group so the members have something to engage with from the start, such as first meetings, a welcome post and optionally downloadable documents.
We can certainly help roll out your new platform. For example, we can roll out gradually to your groups and handle the communication under your framework to get your members on the platform. We are continuously working on creating training material that we can share during onboarding.
