What is the purpose of your groups?
The purpose is to help participants do things smarter, in their everyday lives, in their business and in their leadership. Smarter also often means faster. There are people in the group who have already figured out the very thing you are currently building, and that is exactly the shortcut members give each other.
What challenges did you have before you started using Samli?
Before Samli, I was missing a single place where documents, meetings and communication were easily accessible to everyone in the group. I used Dropbox and similar solutions, but they simply did not work well enough for the day-to-day reality my clients and members live in. It was not very user-friendly, and it did not create the right experience for participants. So I had basically put the problem aside, because I did not think a dedicated solution for network groups existed at the right price point.
What made you choose Samli?
It dawned on me that there was actually something available at a reasonable price that matched exactly what I needed. The funny thing is that Samli matched something I did not even know I wanted. I had not actively looked at other solutions, but when I saw Samli, it was an obvious choice.
What is the biggest value Samli has created for you?
The biggest value is the overview. Both for me and for my members, across their own activities and the ones being offered in the group. And then there are the meeting reminders, which strike just the right balance. It is something I would sometimes forget to send manually. Members get the meeting invitation directly in Outlook, and the reminders make sure no one drops off.
Can you give a concrete example of how Samli has changed your day-to-day?
One of the things I really appreciate is that members have easy access to each other. They are primarily in the group to attend the meetings, but the network lives between meetings too. With Samli they can just open the app and have all contact details ready right away. You can save contacts in your phone, but this is always up to date and gathered in one place.
