Your own AI
With the AI connection, an administrator can give an AI assistant such as Claude or ChatGPT access to member information and CRM contacts, notes and tasks. Ask which tasks are open, for example, or get help with a follow-up. Changes only happen after you have confirmed them.
Your website
With the Samli API, your website can show events and your member companies’ logos, for example, straight from Samli. When you change something in Samli, the website follows, so you do not have to keep the same information up to date in two places.
Emails from your own domain
Emails from Samli can be sent from your own address once the DNS records at your provider are verified. We set it up together with you.

Questions about integrations
No. Samli works without integrations. You can start with Samli as it is and add connections later if you need them.
MCP stands for Model Context Protocol. It is an open standard that lets AI assistants use information from other systems. The Samli AI connection is built on MCP, so your own AI can work with information from Samli once an administrator has connected it.
An API is a fixed way for two systems to exchange information. The Samli API is used, for example, to show events and members on your website. Access requires a key that an administrator creates in Samli.
No, not as ready-made connections you switch on yourself. Connecting your own CRM, ticketing system or another system is a custom solution. We work out with you what you need and what it takes.
