What is the purpose of your groups?

We have two central groups. On one side are our partners and resellers, who need to be able to sell, implement and work effectively with PeopleSuite. On the other side is our Strategic HR network, where we bring together and develop HR professionals through expert content, sparring and shared standards.

The purpose is to ensure a strong and scalable platform around PeopleSuite, where partners experience high quality, clarity and easy access to material, while we can grow quickly across countries. When we grow this much internationally, it becomes essential that we can deliver the same quality to all partners, without increasing complexity internally.

What challenge did you have before you started using Samli?

Before Samli, partner information, materials and updates were spread across channels and documents. This created unnecessary friction and a risk of different versions, and it made us more dependent on individuals. In a rapid growth phase, that kind of thing can quickly become a bottleneck.

What made you choose Samli?

We chose Samli because we needed one unified, professional partner portal. We needed to be able to structure materials and knowledge, keep content updated in one place, support a consistent partner journey and scale our delivery without scaling administration to the same degree.
