Give your board space to work between meetings.

When dates, documents and conversations live in different places, preparation becomes harder. Give your board its own group in the member space your organisation already uses.

Illustrative example with fictional data. A member accepts the meeting invitation in the app. Their reply is then shown in the organiser’s participant overview on the web. The sequence explains the workflow; it does not demonstrate measured synchronisation speed.

Meetings with responses at hand

Invite people to a closed meeting, follow responses and schedule reminders for those who have not replied. External guests can receive an email invitation without a profile.

Illustrative example with fictional data: a scheduled invitation, reminders for unanswered invitations, a response deadline and reminders before the meeting. The dates are examples, not a fixed messaging schedule.

Find resources before and after the meeting

Share agendas, supporting documents and minutes as files attached to a post in the board group. Attachments also appear in the file archive for later reference.

Keep ongoing discussions close to the work

Use group posts for updates and chat for direct conversations. Choose the modules your board needs without turning the entire organisation into a board tool.

Experience from another member community

A concrete advantage is that we can answer general questions in one place, so the answer is visible to everyone in the group.

Your board belongs in your own branded space

Keep your organisation’s name, logo and colours when the board works in its own group. The web portal and sender email can use your domain. A shared identity does not mean everyone has access to everything.

A dedicated app is available as a paid add-on. Your organisation’s logo then appears on notifications. A dedicated app is not included in every plan.

Questions from boards

No. Samli has no dedicated features for agendas, minutes, voting or digital signatures. The agenda and minutes can be shared as files in a post to the board, so they are kept in the file archive.

Posts can be shared with a specific group, and members see content from the groups they have access to. Access to the files follows the post and group where they were shared.

Yes. You can add external guests to a meeting, such as an auditor or a speaker. Guests get the invitation by email and don't need a Samli profile.
