Two new features have arrived in Samli that I want to quickly share with you — both are already live in your app today.
Postpone deletion of inactive users
We have to admit that the automatic deletion of users has been a bit frustrating. You can now postpone the deletion by 30 days at a time, giving users an extra chance to log in.
When you receive the email about user deletion, there will now be an “Extend deletion” option in the user list under administration.
Share a profile via email
On a member’s profile it is now possible to share the member’s contact details along with the descriptive text they have added about themselves.
The contact is also attached to the email the recipient receives, making it easy to add to their phone’s address book.
New profile layout
Members can now add their company logo to their profile, which will also appear in the member list.
The layout has also been refreshed to make it feel more intuitive to fill out your profile.
More improvements
- New email layout for meetings and their reminders.
- Log out and reports are now part of the profile dropdown.
Bug fixes
- After copying a meeting, it was not possible to change the group.
- Marking all notifications as “seen” did not always work.
