The meeting is in the calendar. Not just in the invitation.

A meeting that only exists in an email is easy to forget. In Samli, members can put the meeting in their own calendar, and with Outlook it happens by itself once they have said yes.

Add a single meeting

From the meeting in Samli, members can download a calendar file for their own calendar or open the meeting in Google Calendar.

Upcoming meetings in a calendar view

In Samli, members can see upcoming meetings as a list, a monthly calendar or one week at a time.

The calendar sync setting with an active Outlook integration.

Sync with Outlook

Members connect their Outlook calendar once and choose which organisations to include. Meetings they have said yes to appear in the calendar, and changes to the meeting are updated. Organisers have their meetings in the calendar from the start.

Questions about the calendar

Automatic sync is available for Outlook today. With Google Calendar, members can add a single meeting from Samli, and a calendar file works in most calendar apps.

No. Samli creates and updates meetings in the calendar but does not delete anything. If a member removes the integration, what is already in the calendar stays there.

Guests without a Samli profile get a calendar file attached to the email invitation. Outlook sync is for members with a profile.
